Welcome to our Beginner Qigong Practice!
Join us for an Earth Element based class for the month of May!
Qigong is a gentle practice combining mindful Movement, Breath, and focused Awareness, assisting the Body, Mind, and Spirit in cultivating Balance and Peace.
Despite its gentle nature, Qigong has been proven to have the potential to transform stress and tension into vitality and circulating energy in a powerful way!
This is a beginner class and is open to EVERYONE!
Traditionally a standing practice, all movements may also be performed from
a seated position as well. No props are needed.
Although a long-term dedicated practice and understanding is required for a strong cultivation and circulation of Qi, this beginner class helps to prepare the body physically and mentally for a deeper practice to be obtained in time.
A beginner practice still holds the potential for many real time benefits such as general relaxation, lowering blood sugar levels, opening space in the body, and creating peace.
Drop ins are welcome, though RSVP's are encouraged!
