About the event
We will be exploring the ins and outs of COHERENT COMMUNICATION and ways to empower and enhance how we show up in challenging moments. We share some HeartMath Institute research, a simple practice for communicating with care, and a creativity practice to clear the way. You take home an ARTifact, some knowledge, and easy practices you can use in every day life.
