It's a workshop on this very important topic, "Seeing Through the Eyes of Love." We will be cultivating these superpowers to help bring a little more tenderness to our everyday interactions, and in the process, we get to experience all kinds of physical, emotional, and mental health benefits.

We will weave together a synergistic combination of super simple practices. Creative self-expression helps to discharge tension and bring new insights, while activating the heart's intelligence helps us quite literally see with more love.
