About Heather...
Heather has her BA in Psychology and is a Reiki Master/Teacher, certified Spiritual Life Coach, certified Professional Life Coach, trauma-informed certified, and outpatient mental health therapist.
She is passionate about helping others to see the light within themselves and shift their mindset, assisting them in achieving their goals and finding their purpose, and using energy work to heal trauma and improve
overall health. Heather believes that everyone has the power to change, grow, and heal!
