About Heather...
Heather has her B.A. in psychology and works full time as an outpatient mental health counselor. She works with all ages, specializing in trauma-informed care, anxiety management, and mindfulness.
As a Reiki Mater/Teacher, she is passionate about integrating Reiki and energy medicine in combination with Spiritual Coaching. Here at ReWeaving Balance, Heather blends the two to help guide others to find their balance.

My approach is centered around helping my clients to see their gifts, as well as transcend their limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, and traumas, and also learn emotion regulation skills. I will help to cultivate self-awareness, identify values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I also specialize in anxiety and stress management, mindset, and trauma-informed care. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes. I believe that everyone can heal, connect with their own inner light, and achieve their goals, no matter how "lost" they feel on their journey.
