Heather has her B.A. in psychology and works full time as an outpatient mental health counselor. She works with all ages, specializing in trauma-informed care, anxiety management, and mindfulness.
As a Reiki Mater/Teacher, she is passionate about integrating Reiki and energy medicine in combination with Spiritual Coaching. Here at ReWeaving Balance, Heather blends the two to help guide others to find their balance.
