SUMMER FULL MOON COMMUNITY GATHERING: Connection through Movement, Vibration and Art!

There is a certain magic and power behind the energy of every full moon.  Around the world, the full moon carries profound meaning, symbolizing change, transformation and fresh starts.  This August’s Blue Super Moon, in particular, holds immense power for setting intentions, providing release, creating clarity and attracting abundance.  It is believed that the intentions created during a blue moon hold true until the following blue moon, which only occurs about every 2.5 years.  Full moons are also a call for celebration.  Under the moon’s bright illumination, we are called to celebrate life surrounded by community.

What in your life is calling for clarity?  What in your life wants to be illuminated in order to bring about change?  What wants to be created in your life?  What are you celebrating?

Come gather in community for this seasonal event as we align with the energy of the full moon so that we may harness the potency of all it has to offer.  We will begin by dropping into our bodies through a gentle yoga flow with Jennifer, allowing intention and clarity to begin to show themselves to us.  Matthew will then allow us to drop deeper into release and clarity through meditative sound and vibration.  Rachel will then conclude our evening by immersing us in a soul-full craft and celebration.  The craft for this full moon will be an intention-infused floral hair clip or floral wood coaster.  All supplies will be provided but feel free to bring any small tokens you wish to include that would symbolize your intention or something you are celebrating (i.e. feathers, charms, beads, etc.)

Limited to 15 students.  Class exchange $35.

Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow to this event, and anything else that would allow you to be as comfortable as possible during the sound meditation.

There will also be a community snack potluck during the soul-crafting portion of the evening, so if you feel called to bring a tasty and healthy snack to share, please do!
